RuaYoga is an Irish male yoga teacher trainee undertaking Teacher Training in The Elbow Room, Dublin 2018-2019 (250hr) and with the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga 2017-2020 (300hr).  He hopes to begin teaching as part of his training in mid-late 2018.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using your breath.  It offers a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.  Suitable for all levels.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, relaxing, passive style that allows students to relax and release the body into a gentle stretch. This style makes use of a wide range of props, including bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to provide support within each pose, making it easier to completely let go.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style in which poses are held for five minutes or longer.  The purpose is to apply moderate stress to the connective tissue - the tendons, fascia and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility
